Kyle & Nicole ("we," "us," or "our") operates kylenicole.com, a personal website for our wedding celebration. We use third-party services including Pinterest to curate and share wedding inspiration, event photography, and celebration content with our guests and community.

We collect minimal personal information necessary to manage our wedding website. This may include: names and email addresses submitted through RSVP forms, event attendance preferences, dietary requirements, and accommodation selections. When you connect a third-party account such as Pinterest, we access only the data you explicitly authorize through OAuth 2.0. We never collect your login credentials for any third-party service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: manage wedding RSVPs and guest communications, share wedding inspiration and curated content from Pinterest, enable guests to view and contribute to shared photo galleries, and coordinate event logistics including accommodations and scheduling. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Pinterest Integration

Our website integrates with the Pinterest API to discover and share wedding inspiration content. When Pinterest is used in connection with our site: we authenticate exclusively via OAuth 2.0 and never collect or store Pinterest passwords or session cookies. We access boards and pins only with explicit authorization and only for approved scopes. Per Pinterest's developer guidelines, we do not store Pinterest data — we call the API each time information is needed. Every write action requires conscious, per-action consent. All Pinterest content links back to its source with full attribution. We do not modify, filter, or redistribute Pinterest content. We do not use Pinterest data for advertising, data brokering, audience onboarding, or competitive intelligence.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: with your consent when you explicitly choose to share with a connected service, with trusted service providers who help operate our website (hosting via Framer), and when required by law, subpoena, or court order.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and access controls to protect your information. Access tokens for third-party services are stored securely and never exposed to client-side code.

7. Your Rights
